Training Courses

ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading
One day per week x four weeks, £425.00 per person

The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader.

This is a concise qualification intended to give candidates a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leaders and the limits of their authority and accountability.

There are no formal entry requirements, but candidates will normally be either practising or aspiring team leaders with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands, and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
One day per week x eight weeks, £895.00 per person

The ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader. The qualification broadens the skills and knowledge gained in the Level 2 Award and includes practical techniques in motivating teams, plus planning and monitoring their work.

(Please note, candidates may join the Certificate directly and are not required to undertake the Award as a prerequisite).

ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
One day per week x six weeks, £585.00 per person

ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
One day per week x 14 weeks, £1,250.00 per person

Both of the qualifications above aim to give practicing and potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role.  The qualifications do this by developing basic management skills and assisting candidates in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level. 

ILM Unit M2.01 Developing yourself as a team leader
One day, £95.00 per person

The aim of this Unit is to develop yourself as an effective practising or potential team leader. Candidates will learn to understand the roles, functions and responsibilities of the team leader and the limits of his/her authority and accountability.
