You will be taught by people passionate about food and dedicated to their art! You can also get access to specialist training and apprenticeships. If you study with us, you will work in fantastically equipped professional kitchens as well as the college’s own commercial restaurant, Themes, in Newtown, where you will prepare food and serve to paying customers.
