CIEH LEVEL 2 AWARD IN FOOD SAFETY IN CATERING
7 Hours, £60.00 per person

• Monday 27th September 2010 (9.30am – 5.00pm) @ Newtown
• Monday 8th November 2010 (9.30am—5.00pm) @ Newtown
• Monday 13th December 2010 (9.30am - 5.00pm) @ Newtown

This course gives essential knowledge and understanding of good food hygiene practice including, personal hygiene, stock rotation and effective cleaning techniques. This course covers the requirements of the Food Safety Act.

NATIONAL CERTIFICATE FOR PERSONAL LICENCE HOLDERS (NCPLH)
9 hours, £165.00 per person

• Monday 18th October 2010 (8.30am – 5.30pm) @ Brecon
• Monday 15th November 2010 (8.30am – 5.30pm) @ Newtown
• Monday 13th December 2010 (8.30am—5.30pm) @ Brecon

Minimum standard required by many authorities prior to the issue of the personal licence. The cost of the course includes the NCPLH handbook. Upon successful completion of a 40 minute multiple-choice examination an NCPLH certificate will be awarded.

RSH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
